Offering a range of services, from face to face training services to individuals couples and groups of three, to one off purchased training plans & online coaching.
One-Time Plan
One-Time Training Plans Include: Generalised Training Programs suitable for 8 weeks of training. Two options available, beginner and advanced. Discussion with trainer Bethany is required before purchase of programs to ensure they are suited to your health, abilities and needs.
Personal Training
Includes personalised, one-on-one training sessions tailored to Client's needs, abilities and goals. 45 minute or 60 minute sessions. Weekly communication with Bethany via email,
phone or face to face for check ins and follow ups. Also includes personalised Training Program for use out of PT Sessions.
Online Coaching
Weekly Online Coaching Includes: Training Plan tailored to Client's needs, abilities and goals (updated or changed accordingly). Weekly tracking and feedback sheet, option to submit progress photos along with weekly communication with Bethany (Personal Trainer/Online Trainer) via email for check ins and follow ups.
